to Lake Charlevoix, Round Lake and Lake Michigan.

(Cement kiln dust leachate) from Bay Harbor must
 not be transported to Alba and our Lake Charlevoix Watershed.

A watershed is the geographic area of the land where
water drains (or sheds) to a lake, stream or wetland.
